What do I need to know? We have the leg compression (both legs at one time) and arm compression (one arm at a time). Each cycle lasts for approximately 15 minutes. To complete one leg cycle and both arms, you will need to select a 60 min session. Please ensure you are clean and debris free and must shower after the sauna before you use the compression boots. Preferably, no thick or loose clothing, tights, or shorts are of preference. If using the sauna or ice bath in the same session, it is recommended to use those services first. How does it work? The compression garment has inbuilt chambers that inflate and deflate with air pumped by the compressor, which applies pressure to the selected muscle area. On inflation, the compression temporarily restricts blood circulation, and upon release, nutrient rich blood rushes through the muscle tissue. Does it hurt? No, not at all, but there is a significant amount of pressure that can be felt in different areas on your body, i.e., your foot. There is a pressure function that allows you to select a setting of your desire, which will increase or decrease the pressure felt. Who should not use compression therapy? Persons suffering from Deep Vein Thrombosis Pulmonary Embolism/Oedema Inflammation of the skin (cellulitis, erysipelas) Ischaemic Vascular Disease Severe Peripheral Neuropathy Known presence of malignancy in legs (for boots) or arms (for arm) Thrombophlebitis Cardiac Failure Other chronic and acute conditions, please speak with your medical advisor.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us to cancel or reschedule if it is with 12 hours of your scheduled session. No shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit paid, there will be no refund.
