3 Person Infrared Sauna

Service Description

Enjoy 45 minutes of detoxification at 60 degrees in our large infrared sauna. What to bring? Please bring a bottle of water and a towel for the sauna room. Lux Vitae will provide one towel for use after your shower. What to wear? You can wear whatever you are comfortable in. Our only request is you MUST have underwear on and you must at all times be sitting on the waterproof towelette provided or your towel. Swimwear is great option for your sauna session. What to do? Find your 'Zen zone' sit back and relax! Some people like bring a book to read or flick through the books we have available in our sauna room, others like to connect their smart phone and listen to a podcast, meditation music or their favourite genre. We also have shower facilities for your convenience post sauna, if you wish to freshen up before heading home or to get ready for your next stop. The shower may also be used for some 'hot and cold' therapy during your sauna session. Please ensure you have wiped off excess water before returning into the sauna. Add extra healing benefits by selecting from a specific medical grade range of chromotherapy colour's. Chromotherapy aims to restore balance and influence the production and regulation of neurohormones. By addressing the underlying neurohormonal imbalances, chromotherapy may help alleviate symptoms and improve overall mental and spiritual health. Who cant use infrared saunas? The following must seek permission from their doctor before using the sauna; taking medications, under 12 years of age, the elderly, cardiovascular conditions, chronic conditions. Infrared sauna use is contraindicated for people with following conditions: pregnancy, hemophilia, fever, insensitivity to heat, alcohol / alcohol abuse. If you are unsure, or have any questions, please speak to one of our friendly staff members. It is recommended NOT to eat within two hours prior to your sauna session. Please remember to stay hydrated before, during and after!

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us to cancel or reschedule if it is with 12 hours of your scheduled session. No shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit paid, there will be no refund.
