What classes are available? - Select from experience with Beginner, Level 1, Level 2. - Athletic to strengthen your body - HIIT Hybrid or cardio blast for something more high energy - Yoga Hybrid - Physio-led series of targeted programs focusing on common ailments, bone density, post natal, and ageing. - Target a specific area with core, full body, lower body, upper body, or other combination series - Pre and Post Natal Series - Stretch and Strengthen - Weighted or resistance band series - Stretch - Finishers - Gym series targeted for males PLUS MORE! If you're new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend you watch the instructional videos with Pilates fundamentals including breathe work and core activation in your first session. What to bring? Socks are a requirement for health reasons. Preferably Pilates designed socks with grips on the bottom. These are available for purchase in our reception area. Please also bring a work out towel and a water bottle. There is a water dispenser in reception, you require refilling. If you would like to workout to you're own music, we have speakers available as well. Please ask our friendly staff if you would like to use one.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us to cancel or reschedule if it is with 12 hours of your scheduled session. No shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the booking will forfeit the deposit paid, there will be no refund.
